SE_data and SE_map
The Scheme Engineer Data Repository (SE_data) is a stand-alone UKPMS-compliant Tranche 1 system with an intuitive interface, for providing data to Scheme Engineer® for subsequent analysis and modelling.
It brings high-quality data management to the existing suite of Scheme Engineer® products and allows users to manage survey data and networks through time as well as providing a large number of data input/output options and data conversion utilities.
“At the heart of a good PMS”
SE_data incorporates extensive QA and data fitting options for imported survey data and supports all UKPMS requirements such as fitting the data to the section length (“rubber-banding”), length tolerance checks and reversal of survey data at load time.
Embedded Mapping
SE_data integrates the mapping functionality of SE _map and allows users to manage network changes such as splitting/merging of sections by simply clicking on the required section(s) in the map.
Supporting Map-Based Data
Data compatibility
In addition to all UKPMS HMDIF formats, SE_data also supports the import of survey, network and inventory data from CSV file, Highways Agency Inventory XML files and RMMS INVENT files. Data collected using Appia’s suite of data collection software can be loaded directly from the device into SE_data.
SE_data can be supplied on a stand-alone basis or as an extension to Scheme Engineer where it can act as a more cost-effective alternative to existing PMS systems
