Appia Infrastructure Solutions provides consultancy and software to support the management of highways and other infrastructure assets. Our small team of experienced professionals, together with our associates, have a proven track record of helping highway authorities and other organisations to be more effective in their highways, pavement and asset management.
We offer a range of services and software to authorities looking to get best value from their highways asset management data and plans. Our data management experience includes pavement condition data (SCANNER, SCRIM, UKPMS, FWD, Deflectograph, GPR and FNS), asset inventory data, construction data and spatial data.
We specialise in both-off the shelf and custom software. Our Scheme Engineer® product is rapidly being adopted by many Local Authorities as a principal tool for unlocking the value of the data stored in their PMS and Asset Management systems. Scheme Engineer® represents a high-value, low-cost software solution that can deliver tangible financial benefits. SkidPolicy Manager assists authorities in the implementation of a risk-management based skid-resistance policy, and assists in the integration and interpretation of map and linearly referenced data data held in disparate local systems.
Other tools support asset valuation and the definition and reporting of service levels, and provide custom solutions based on client or 3rd party models, for example to support investment need assessment and performance models or highways PFI contracts.
